Buying
Is my payment safe?
Yes. You pay through 3DPrintMarket, and we hold the money until your order is completed. Payments made outside the site aren’t protected.
When will my order arrive?
Each listing shows its postage option and usual dispatch time. Made-to-order items take longer, so check the listing before you buy.
Why did my order arrive in separate parcels?
Each seller posts their own items, so a basket with items from different sellers arrives separately.
Something’s wrong with my order. What do I do?
Message the seller from your order page within 3 days of delivery. If it’s not sorted within 3 days, contact us and we’ll step in. Your payment stays on hold until then.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Business sellers must accept returns within 14 days, except for made-to-order items. Private sellers don’t have to accept change-of-mind returns, but many will if you ask.
Selling
How do I start selling?
Create a seller account and we’ll review it, usually within a day. Once approved, add photos, a title, a price and postage, and you’re live.
What can I sell?
Prints of your own designs, free-for-commercial-use designs, or designs you hold a licence to sell. Unlicensed prints of brands or characters, weapons and weapon parts, and anything illegal in the UK aren’t allowed. See the seller rules for details.
How much does it cost?
Listing is free. We take 8% of the item price when it sells, and nothing on postage.
When do I get paid?
Once an order is completed, your earnings appear in your dashboard. Request a withdrawal to your bank any time you’ve earned £10 or more.
Do I need to be a business?
No. Hobby sellers are welcome. If you sell regularly to make a profit, you may need to register with HMRC. We’re also required to report sellers’ sales to HMRC each year, so we’ll ask for some details when you start selling.
